Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.

- Troubleshoot design and construction issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and standards.
Qualifications:
-Must be a licensed Architect
-7+ years of experience in project architecture or related field, preferably within a design-build setting.
-Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit and SketchUp.
-Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Description: We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple new custom-home and cabin projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, safety, and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project lifecycles: pre-construction planning, permitting, scheduling, procurement, construction, punch-list.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, material deliveries, and onsite crews.
- Serve as the main client liaison—conduct regular check-ins, manage expectations, and handle change orders.
- Review and interpret plans and specifications; coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers.
- Identify and mitigate risks; resolve field issues promptly.
Qualifications:
-10+ years’ experience working or managing residential construction projects (custom homes or cabins strongly preferred).
-Comfortable onsite frequently; able to travel between Midwest job sites.
-Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Proficient reading construction documents
-Experience with high-end finishes and custom millwork.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
